Title of Program:  Strategies for the “SHIFT” in Atlanta’s Commercial Real Estate Market

We have David Haddow, a real estate researcher and consultant (www.haddowandcompany.com) and Lance Patterson formerly President and COO for Barry Real Estate (www.pattersonreag.com). In addition, we have a banker from Chase who specializes in owner-occupied and SBA 504-financed commercial properties.
