June 3 Breakfast Program – Look What CREW Can Do For YOU: CREWnet

Attending this program for the second time, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite CREW events. Held at 300 Galleria, this event was brought back due to the great success of the first one held in March of 2009. This event provided excellent networking opportunities – something we all know is more important than ever in this economy.

Participants were strategically placed at tables in order to “mix it up” between industries. Each participant introduced themselves and was given the opportunity to solicit a request – whether a need, challenge, or issue. Some requests included leads/prospects, introductions to owners or developers, and referral services.  A discussion followed where those at the table who had knowledge or answers to the request offered their expertise on the subject.  A list was then complied of all requests & answers and was emailed to each participant.

This was an exceptional opportunity for CREW members to share their knowledge and resources with fellow members. This event helped members find new ways to support each other both professionally and personally. I hope to see this program again in 2011!
