CREW Atlanta 2010 Charitable Campaign –Live the Vision: 8,000 Strong

CREW Atlanta has a long, well-established history of philanthropy. Our philanthropic efforts are focused on educating women and girls to promote their self sufficiency and successful careers in commercial real estate.

Each year in the budgeting process, the Board sets goals for our Chapter. This year CREW will donate $20,000 to the CREW Foundation. Any additional funds raised will be given to the Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

CREW Foundation supports the CREW Network Scholarship Endowment. The Scholarship Endowment was launched in 2008 with a goal of raising $1 million by 2012. CREW Atlanta became a Founding Donor at the Supporter Level for this endowment. In 2009 Georgia received three of the ten scholarships awarded nationally. The effects of CREW Foundation are also being realized via the Career Outreach programs it has made available for our use: CREW Careers, e-Mentoring and UCREW.

Since 1998, CREW Atlanta has supported The Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s mission to serve as a catalyst for change in the lives of women and girls. The Atlanta Women’s Foundation is committed to breaking the generational cycle of poverty for the women and girls of our community. To date, CREW Atlanta has donated more than $1 million to AWF, and in turn, AWF has invested more than $11 million into best-in-class organizations serving women and girls in the metro Atlanta area. With CREW Atlanta’s support, AWF is creating positive, lasting change in our community.

Just imagine what 70 chapters and 8,000 members of CREW Network can accomplish nationwide. Together we support women today and open doors for women tomorrow. Please pledge your support today. Prizes will be given to:

The CREW Committee with HIGHEST PERCENTAGE of donating Committee members and

The CREW Committee who gives the MOST MONEY.

The prize is a year-end holiday luncheon for the winning committees. Participation on more than one committee will count towards each respective committee. Winners will be announced at the December CREW Luncheon.
